the decor was questionable at best, definitely not a modern hotel despite the photos. mold everywhere, absolutely disgusting! i can't believe there were no complimentary amenities provided, i should’ve recived something for my trouble but no, just more unpleasantness. such a shame, almost a nice place until it became unbearable!

The location is disturbing and hard to navigate, with inadequate parking options. My room was confronting with a broken TV and poor maintenance, while the lack of customer service was frustrating. It felt unsafe when staff entered my room without permission, leaving me with a sense of violation.
